We have found in most installs we have had to cut or trim the bottom of the intercooler bracket to make it fit propley into the hull, as seen in pic. The fiberglass maybe molded diffrentley from ski to ski take a look before tighting the bottom bolt. It is possable that you may crack the fiberglass or bend the intercooler bracket when thigting bolts.

Also install some plastic zip ties to the two rear rubber straps  to keep the straps in place while reinstalling the intercooler. as seen in pic.
